Who is calling you? Every prophet must discern the true voice of God. God calls (Exodus 3:4 – God called Moses). Jesus calls (Mark 1:17 – Jesus called His disciples). The Holy Spirit calls (Acts 13:2 – “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul”). Beware of false calls (John 10:5 – “My sheep will not follow a stranger”). Confirmation comes through: 1. Inner Witness (Romans 8:16 – The Spirit bears witness). 2. External Confirmation (by spiritual authority, e.g., Eli confirming Samuel’s call – 1 Samuel 3:8-10). 3. Fruit of Ministry (Matthew 7:16 – by their fruits you shall know them). Class Activity Role play: One student acts as Samuel hearing God’s voice, another as Eli guiding.
